Group Therapy for Narcissistic Abuse and Codependency

Therapy for narcissistic abuse and codependency project in many relationship areas in our lives. Unconscious trauma patterns creep up on us in our behaviours with people pleasing with our family members, our life partner, during intimacy and work life.

We often feel victimized and defensive in our relationships in conversation and during conflict. We can feel insecure, stressed and lose our sense of identity and personal confidence when we live under the shadow of what we think we always need to be for others. We do this because we fear others’ emotional reactions and need the acceptance, validation and approval of others. We may also struggle with issues of control and manipulation to get what we need because we don’t know how to be vulnerable and express our needs in a healthy way. It can be draining and stressful to always feel like we can’t be ourselves, wear a mask and constantly be performing to be good enough or perfect enough.

We ask ourselves, when is it ever good enough? When am I ever going to be good enough? To the point where we hide who we are, hold up an act and perform our way through life. It’s time to express your truth and feel safe in being who you are with the world.

You can live with greater authenticity, courage and wholeheartedness. In the True Health Course Library Membership + Group Therapy, you are being guided through videos and audio specifically made to embody the healing work and shed the victimizations, narcissism and codependency.
